The Dead Body

What you expecting from the title, no its not a horror story or not some kinda experience of mine. Its just something that i have seen in last two days and wanna share with you. Its all about my 6 trips through the killer road(pilibhit bypass, in last two days.

Its was Saturday morning, and around 8:30 in the morning, and mercury is kinda lower with a cold breeze. I was on my way to the UNIVERSITY through the killer road. Killer road, oh ya i know there are lot of people around here who don't know whats exactly is this this Killer road and why i keep on calling Pilibhit bypass as killer road. Well if you are away from bareilly for the last 3years or never Even been to here, then i expect you to ask the question. Well its actually the PILIBHIT bypass road which allows the traffic coming from lucknow or delhi to go through it without entering the city. But the rate at which Bareilly is developing in this part that it became the interior not the outer. So in my words its not the bypass but the authorities are letting the high traffic to go through the midst of the city. And the biggest problem is that its just a TWO LANE. a two lane bypass, should i laugh, don't know.
Its very common here that once in a week that some met up with an accident on this killer road and it was his day last night.

When i was going through, i saw him lying motionless on the side of the road in a pool of blood, might be a victim of some vehicle last night while crossing the road. Well the road is so narrow (for heavy traffic) with no street lights might resulted in that accident. I don't think that he was drunk when he met with the accident, i 'll tell you the reason later on. Moreover i am not here to ask and to talk about how he met with accident, its not my job, government has officials for it and we pay enough taxes so that they can find out.
Its about the officials who are so busy in doing other things which are mandatory to them when it comes to take the care of a dead body. As i think the accident took place around the Friday night and i have seen the body on Saturday morning, made around 4 trips the same day but the body was still there lying on one side of the door. Well thought that its a busy road and may be some official have already seen it and might take some action against it.

But on the next day, Sunday 27Th June, i still found it there, giving away a fowling smell. And then it strikes me to write about it. No one cared about this dead body not even the reporters from the daily newspaper.
Well Truly who cares about a Dog's Death body until and unless Maneka Gandhi is around. Yes a Dog's Dead Body and a normal dog don't drunk.
Its Monday now, And i am afraid if its still lying in there.
